    心得交流站 : 待糕完全冷却后才容易切。

    Step 1

    把粘米粉和沙谷粉加清水混合,待20分钟。Combine rice flour, sago flour and water in a mixing bowl. Allow to soak for 20 minutes.

    Step 2

    起锅热麻油,爆香虾米,花肉及腊肠,然后加入香菇。Heat up sesame oil and fry dried shrimps, belly pork and sausage until aromatic. Add mushrooms to mix.

    Step 3

    加入芋头,继续炒。Add yam and continue to fry well.

    Step 4

    把米糊倒入,加调味料拌均,然后加入南瓜,大力炒至转稠。Stir in the rice batter and add seasoning to mix. Add pumpkin and fry vigorously until mixture starts to thicken.

    Step 5

    把半熟混合料移至一个23公分涂油的容器中,然后蒸40-45分钟至熟。Transfer semi-cooked mixture to a 23cm greased container. Steam for 40 45 minutes or until kuih is cooked through.

    Step 6

    撒上装饰料即可。Sprinkle over with garnishing.
